Nice picture Jean how did you get that goldfinch to pose for you.;) Ya.. snow what do you do we live in Maine after all. Compared to earthquake;volcanos 's erupting,and other things going on around the world I'll take this anyday....well maybe not in July!!!:)
Wow...we didn't get anything like this at all. Mark said there was a little bit of snow on the windshields of the Jeeps when he went out but luckily that was it. Amazing to think how lovely and warm it was just a couple of weeks ago...
Awww shucks!! Today was the perfect spring day at the Hollow. But, we 've had the weather teasing us with days like this for the last month. We get out the garden rakes, buy some pansies, pull the capri pants out of the back of the closet...and WHAM! Another snow storm comes in to make us really hungry for consistantly warm days.
Grammies's attitude is sterling. And she is so right. I need to quit being a whiner about the roller coaster weather. I mean, I change my mind all of the time...I tell my hubby it's a woman's perogative. So why shouldn't I allow the same freedom to be fickle to MOTHER Nature?
Yup. It's true. This is the view from my kitchen window this morning.
