A Fairy House for Violet

Tomorrow a little girl named Violet will visit us. She's 2 1/2, and I figure that's a perfect age for discovering a fairy house in the woods.

Ken and I have been busy this morning...uh...er...seeing to it that Violet DOES discover a fairy house.

Let's hope the woods fairies don't rearrange the house between now and tomorrow, and let's hope Violet has fun discovering where the fairies live.

  1. Oh that is so sweet...I will never forget chaperoning Ben's third grade class trip to Squirrel Island and finding the fairy houses there! So magical! And what a lovely time Miss Violet will have searching for and discovering a fairy house. What fun for all! And, what a great gift you and Uncle Ken have made for her.

  2. What scares me is that we had as much fun collecting materials and building the fairy house as a 2 1/2-year-old might have finding it! Yikes.
